Preventative Maintenance

Superior Networks offers customised preventative maintenance plans to suit your computers and network. The plans range from 1 month, quarterly and 6 monthly depending on the size of your network, the network infrastructure and number of computers within your business or home.

For residential customers we come out onsite to service your computer(s) and home network. We will clean your computer hardware, run diagnostics software to test the hardware, scan your computer to detect and remove any unwanted viruses and install new operating system updates.

For business customers we come out onsite and service the servers, the network and the computers. We use sophisticated networking tools and diagnostic software to service the servers and computers. We also provide a service report summarising the status of the equipment and software.
