If you have reasonably good internet speed we can then proceed to connect to your computer and fix what ever problem you may be having. If we assess the problem can not be fixed via remote access we will then travel to your premises to fix the problem based on our onsite charges.

To be eligible to use our Remote Access Repair service you must have a credit/debit card or be an existing account with Superior Networks.
